Morinda nutritionist Jody updated Daily FIT Menus. In addition to different calorie-specific menus, they are now split into two phases: Cleanse and Lifestyle. The menus themselves are better organized and much easier to follow.
If that wasn’t enough, Jody provided a very easy to follow guide to Create Your Own Custom FIT Menu.
